The projects are designed as a compact and variable complex in which any type of crusher, grinder or shredder is installed on the mixer. They can be combined or use a hammer mill from another manufacturer. Thus, the transportation path is shortened and space requirements are minimized, which is appropriate for spaces with small passages. The mixer and the shredders installed on it are on strain gauges. This allows continuous dosing of the components with constant mixing.
Such a unit, as a rule, forms a single unit with adjacent bunkers with grain crops, soft raw materials, feed additives, shipping bunkers, etc. Thus, there is a complete scheme that is ideal for small and medium-sized workshops with a requirement for processing 800 - 6,000 tons of compound feed per year.
